Cantù, 13 October 2024 – The Gran Fondo Il Lombardia Felice Gimondi Enel, with over 2,000 participants from around the world, reaffirmed itself as a prestigious gathering for cycling enthusiasts, offering a unique blend of sport, history, and breathtaking landscapes. Also the 2024 edition has attracted cyclists from every corner of the globe, making the event not just a race, but also a meeting point between cultures and nations united by the same love for cycling. This highlights the growing international resonance of the event, which not only celebrates Italian cycling but also an icon as Felice Gimondi, after whom the Gran Fondo was named.

The Gran Fondo passed through stunning locations such as Ghisallo, with its famous sanctuary dedicated to cyclists, and the steep ramps of the Muro di Sormano. These places have become a pilgrimage for cycling lovers, rich in history and sporting charm.
